Any request for exchange or return must be made through the service channels available on this website.

At the time of request, the full name, order number, invoice number, reason for the return / exchange / withdrawal and telephone number must be informed.

The consumer will have up to 7 (seven) consecutive days to withdraw from the purchases made through the website, the term of which starts from the date of receipt of the product (s). For this purpose, the date on the receipt will be considered. In cases of withdrawal, the consumer may exchange the product for another of the same value or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Important: Only products that, in the case of physical books, have no indication of use will be accepted for return, duly accompanied by accessories that accompany the product.

The returned products will undergo a technical analysis and, in case of divergence, will be returned to the address of origin. The divergences can be: not finding the defect; evidence of misuse; returned product without all the accessories that compose it. The deadline for the CONSUMER to claim defects is up to 30 days. If the defect is found only after 30 days of receipt of the goods, regardless of the type of product.

If you receive the product with any irregularity, let us know immediately. We will have up to 30 days to resolve any problems.

The deadline for the refund of the amount paid (product shipping), when necessary, will depend on the payment method used at the time of purchase. For Credit Cards, the amount will be credited to your invoice within 30 days, following the model and term adopted by the card company. In the case of bank slip and Debit Card, this site is committed to reimburse the amount paid within 7 working days, via deposit in a banking account.

If the defect found in the product is unsolvable, the CONSUMER may, alternatively, choose from the following options: exchange the product for another of the same species, in perfect conditions of use or, in the absence of this, another of equal value.

Normally, purchases made with credit cards are authorized within 24 hours and those made with slips are approved within 72 hours. Only after confirming the payment of your purchase will the authorization process for accessing the customer's area begin to download the e-book.
Right after placing the order, you will receive a payment confirmation email. Then, you will be able to access the area to download the file.

In the case of a physical book, as soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with the registration number to be able to track your goods on the Correios website.

Deadline
Our deliveries are made by the Post Office (Sedex, PAC or Registered Print).
The deadline will be determined when the order is issued, being:

Sedex: The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, guaranteed after posting.
Pac: It is the standard postal service for post offices. The stipulated period is 8 to 10 working days for delivery after posting, however this is an estimated period, that is, not guaranteed by the Post Office. The maximum term of this service is 20 working days.
Registered form: Service for sending objects classified as printed, such as books, up to 2 kg. The term of this service is 5 to 20 business days in most locations, and can reach 40 business days in more remote places. The estimated deadline will be informed during the purchase process. For the purpose of counting the delivery time, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not considered working days.

If any type of delay occurs, please contact us within 20 days after the date of posting to activate the post office. After 30 days from the date of posting it is not possible to register the complaint.
